End of January

SO I have been on this diet now for 3 months - with monday's weigh in at 183 I am 51 lbs down.  That is great and I am soooo happy but I would like to just get back to normal. By Normal I do not mean eating chips and cake, but I would like to be able to go out to a resturant again or to someone's house and not have to bring my own food....that would be great :).

I hope to be at 164 by the time I take a break in a month and a half....that would have been 70lbs lost in 4 and a half months.  Not bad.

I hope to use exercise...which I have started and a modified diet (not so extreme) to lose the 14-24lbs myself.  If not I can always go back on the diet after a few months off.

January 27th, 2012

I know it has been awhile but we have been busy planning Tristan's party and of course we got hit with the stomach flu....YAY...NOT.

I weighed in today at 184...not surprising since I have not eaten in days...LOL.  I was 186 on Wednesday so 2lbs is a lot in 2 days...but not when you haven't eaten...LOL.

I am just glad it was this week and not next since next week is Tristan's party and my CHEAT.

I am ready for a break so I will be done in mid-March no matter what the weight is...I just cannot take it anymore...LOL.

Alright so when I weighed in on friday it was 191....do you know what this means?  Well I have lost 43lbs so far (since I started November 1st, 2011)...it also means that I have officially lost ALL my baby weight + 1 lbs.  Yep I was 192 when I got preggers with Tristan so I have officially lost all of that weight.

Now my goal is to get down to what I weighed at my wedding (151) or more.  So I have at least 40lbs to go.

I also have my 1 and only cheat coming up (I do not count turnip at Christmas as a cheat...LOL).  Tristan's party is 3 weeks away...I am excited for sooooo many reasons...including the cheat part...LOL.

Well I weighed in at 194 today so I had another slow weight loss....ARG I am frustrated and tired....my baby is teething and going through a growth spurt so I am up alot...I also have to start teaching today from 6pm-10pm so this ought to be interesting...LOL.

I realy just want some french fries...LOL.

Well I weighed in today at 195, not sure I am going to reach my 2 week weight lose goal of 192 by Wednesday but I am going to try.

I am counting down the days until Tristan's birthday when I am going to indulge..so sad that this is what my life has down to.

My dad has decided he can part with his eliptical so at least I can start working out when Trsitan is napping...I hope that will help with the weight loss.

Well here we are in the new year and I have weighed in for the first time this year at 196.  I am 46lbs away from my goal and 4lbs away from my pre-baby weight.

It is getting hard to lose the weight and I think I will pay for another 8 weeks (my weeks are up next week) and just carry on by myself after that. 

I would like to get some exercise in but the only time I could really is when he naps and lets be honest here when he naps I still nap especially with this whole teething thing...Tristan woke up 5 times last night and I was none to pleased.

December 30, 2011

Okay so I weighed in on December 30 at 198 for a total loss this month of 15, and a grand total of 36.  I didn't make the 40lbs in 2 months but I didn't do too bad.

I am hoping to lose at least 18lbs this month to get to an even 180 by the end of the month of January.

This would mean that by March I would be 140 which I think is a great weight for me (I know I originally said maybe 130 but I think by March I will need a break.

Since I know what and how to do the D. B diet I could always go back on it for a little while after by myself to lose any additional weight (if I so choose).  Given my start weight of 234 I think 140 is a great loss of 94lbs.
