December 30, 2011

Okay so I weighed in on December 30 at 198 for a total loss this month of 15, and a grand total of 36.  I didn't make the 40lbs in 2 months but I didn't do too bad.

I am hoping to lose at least 18lbs this month to get to an even 180 by the end of the month of January.

This would mean that by March I would be 140 which I think is a great weight for me (I know I originally said maybe 130 but I think by March I will need a break.

Since I know what and how to do the D. B diet I could always go back on it for a little while after by myself to lose any additional weight (if I so choose).  Given my start weight of 234 I think 140 is a great loss of 94lbs.
