Well I weighed in today at 195, not sure I am going to reach my 2 week weight lose goal of 192 by Wednesday but I am going to try.
I am counting down the days until Tristan's birthday when I am going to indulge..so sad that this is what my life has down to.
My dad has decided he can part with his eliptical so at least I can start working out when Trsitan is napping...I hope that will help with the weight loss.

ReplyDeleteYou've done really well since you've started. Keep it up!! I know it's hard, especially with a little baby, but you'll see huge results if you keep going. Be careful to indulge, because it will take you back 2-3 days just to get back into fat-burning mode. It's so frustrating when that happens - even though that little indulge that lasts only a few minutes seems satisfying at the time, will only make you more frustrated.
The elliptical will surely help a lot. Are you trying the Senokot S trick too? What is your daily diet consisting of - your mix of foods?

Keep it up - and think twice about trying to go-it-alone. I know it's expensive, but it really does work.
